Mr. H. R. Kilachand – Executive Chairman (up to 29.4.2016)

Mr. H. R. Kilachand, Executive Chairman of Kesar Terminals and Infrastructure Limited, graduated with a degree in Commerce from Sydenham College, Mumbai. Thereafter, he went on to complete his Post Graduation in Business Management from the University of California, L.A., U.S.A. Mr. Kilachand was Director since the inception of the Company in 2008 and has vast experience in the Storage Terminal business and was a major contributor to the growth story of the Storage business.

Mr. A. S. Ruia - Chairman (w.e.f. 29.4.2016) [Independent Director]

Mr. Ruia was appointed as a Director since the inception of the Company in 2008. He is an Industrialist and is on the Board of various other companies. Mr. Ruia is highly respected for his knowledge and experience in sugar & distillery industries.

Mrs. M. H. Kilachand [Non Executive Director]

Mrs. M. H. Kilachand, appointed as a Director since the inception of the Company in 2008, is an Arts Graduate with a specialization in Psychology & Literature from Mumbai University. She has over a decade of experience in General Administration.

Mr. Jayant N. Godbole [Independent Director]

Mr. Jayant N. Godbole is the former Executive Director of IDBI Ltd. and at the time of his retirement, he functioned as the Chairman & Managing Director of IDBI Ltd. He is a Chemical Engineer from IIT Powai and has over 40 years of experience in the Industry and Development Banking and serving on the Board of various reputed Companies.

Mr. J. K. Devgupta [Non Executive Director]

Mr. J. K. Devgupta joined Kesar Enterprises Ltd. as General Manager (Export) in February 1993 and was in charge of the erstwhile Storage Division of KEL since 1994 and is currently the Non Executive Director of the Company. He is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and had completed his diploma in Sales and Marketing Management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, Nagpur in 1980.   Mr. J. K. Devgupta has over 40 years of varied Industrial experience involving marketing, technical services, manufacturing, supply & distribution, import & export and shipping.

Mr. R. S. Loona [Independent Director]

Mr. R. S. Loona is a leading Corporate Lawyer with specialization in the securities market, banking and finance, infrastructure projects, real estate and regulatory advice. A Science graduate having done his Bachelors in Law, Mr. Loona is the Managing Partner of Alliance Corporate Lawyers, Mumbai and has over 35 years of experience. He served as Executive Director (Law) of SEBI for a period of about 4 years and is associated with SEBI as a member of its Takeover Panel, as also a member of an Expert Committee to Review the Eligibility Norms of SEBI registered intermediaries and as SEBI’s Counsel before the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT).

Mr. Rohan H Kilachand, Executive Director of Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure Ltd. has been working with the Company from 7.8.2014 and is associated with on-going projects of the Company and its Subsidiary Company Kesar Multimodal Logistics Ltd. He is a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Melon University, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, U.S.A.
