Roles and Responsibilities
-
To independently handle all secretarial compliances pertaining to private limited companies such as filing of various forms / annual return, preparing agenda, holding of Board Meetings / General Meetings of Shareholders, preparing minutes of the meetings, maintenance of statutory registers etc.

To liaise with Regulatory authorities such as Registrar of Companies and auditors.

To assist in secretarial compliances pertaining to Listed Company under Companies Act and SEBI Regulations.

To provide assistance in relation to holding Board Meetings / General Meetings in case of listed company.

To do any other work in the nature of above, as may be assigned from time to time.
