Shri H. R. Kilachand
Shri H R Kilachand is B.Com. from University of Bombay and has done C.B.M. & P.D.B.M. from U.S.A. He joined the Company since its inception i.e. on 21.01.2008 as Director and was appointed as “Executive Chairman” with effect from 14.09.2010 till 29.04.2016. During that period, he contributed a lot in the growth of the Company.
With effect from 20.12.2017, he has been appointed as the “Whole-Time Director” designated as “Executive Chairman” of the Company.

Shri J. K. Devgupta
Shri J. K. Devgupta is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and had completed his diploma in Sales and Marketing Management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, Nagpur in 1980. Shri. J. K. Devgupta has over 50 years of varied Industrial experience involving marketing, technical services, manufacturing, supply & distribution, import & export and shipping both in Public and Private sector.

Shri R. S. Loona
Shri R. S. Loona is a leading Corporate Lawyer with specialization in the securities market, Banking and Finance, Infrastructure projects, Real Estate and Regulatory advice. A Science graduate having done his Bachelors in Law, Shri. Loona is the Managing Partner of Alliance Corporate Lawyers, Mumbai and has over 50 years of experience. He served as Executive Director (Law) of SEBI for a period of about 4 years and have been chairman/member of several expert groups/ committees constituted by the Government of India and Regulators. Mr Loona has been recognized by Forbes India Legal Powerlist amongst 'Top 100 individual lawyers' and as a ‘Recommended Lawyer' by Legal 500.

Smt. Nilima Mansukhani
Smt. Mansukhani is M.A. by qualification. She is Ex-Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Mumbai. She is a topper of 1975 Civil Services Exams. She had joined the Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) and served over 37 years in the Income Tax Department at various levels across India and has an expertise in Taxation matters.

Smt. Natasha Harsh Kilachand
Smt. Natasha H. Kilachand is a Commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai and holds professional certifications in Computer Programming and Software. She has over 28 years of experience in establishing and managing businesses engaged in branding and merchandising for corporate clients, serving both domestic and export markets. Her professional portfolio includes strategic advisory and execution in branding, merchandising, and corporate identity programs. She has also undertaken international assignments, collaborating with non-profit and for profit organizations on brand promotion, market development, and merchandising projects.

Shri Mahesh Ambalal Kuvadia
Shri Mahesh A Kuvadia has vast experience with the Government of India in various Departments over the last 36 years. His qualification is B. Com, LLB and FCS. He retired as Regional Director, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). Shri Kuvadia has also served on the Boards of Ahmedabad, Rajkot and Vadodara Stock Exchanges as a Nominee Director of Government of India. He has also represented the Ministry as a member of “Frauds Committee” at United Kingdom.
